New Zealand: the place to ski in the summer!

As the Northern Hemisphere warms up for summer, with the exception of the UK it seems, New Zealand in the Southern Hemisphere is preparing for winter and the snow is on its way.

We have a 10 week instructor programme starting in a little over two weeks time (there is still one place remaining if anyone is lost for things to do this summer!) and the snow has been falling in Porters in the last few weeks creating a fantastic base of 150cm already.  It's currently snowing there right now and it looks like it's going to carry on snowing well into the next week.

Skiing in Porters and the surrounding Club Fields is world renowned as having some of the best terrain in New Zealand.  Incredible slopes with near empty pistes and back-country terrain that the pros travel from around the world to get to.

But skiing isn't all that New Zealand has, it's known for it's adventure sports, stunning scenery and friendly people.  Last year our guys on the NONSTOP ski instructor course got up to all manor of exciting things...

Above: A Glacier Walk

Or perhaps hourse trekking in Lord of the Rings countryis more up your street...

If that's not enough you could go sky diving, power boating, bungee jumping, white water rafting or just enjoy the beautiful country side as it is...

Happy or petrified?

New Zealand Sheep!

We'll keep you updated on the snow report over the next few weeks as the count down to this years NONSTOP Instructor course starts....
