How to Book
Booking a Nonstop course is simple but we appreciate it can be a big decision; whether you are booking a holiday to improve your technique, or committing to a longer course as part of a gap year or career break, we highly recommend having a chat with our course advisers so they can help you decide which course & resort is the best match for you.
HOW TO BOOK
You can book online – choose your course and select your preferred style of accommodation and any optional extras such as avalanche training or cat-skiing.
Each winter our courses sell out so if you’re not quite ready to commit but are worried about missing out you can ask us to hold a place.
Our booking terms & conditions can be found here.
We require a booking deposit and then the remaining balance is split into two equal payments – the deposit amount and payment dates vary depending on the course that you have booked.
|Internship||11 Weeks||NZ 11wk|
|Second Payment||16 weeks prior to start||15 Aug||31 May|
|Final Payment||10 weeks prior to start||15 Oct||N/A|
Online – the quickest and most efficient way to pay your deposit is using Sage Pay, our secure online payment system.
Phone – contact us and you can pay your booking deposit over the phone using a card. (Please note that for your Second and Final payments we only accept payments via bank transfer).
Bank Transfer – our invoices include our bank account details plus helpful instructions if you’re making international payments.
WHEN TO BOOK

Before we accept your Booking Deposit or confirm your booking, we require you to complete RCR's (the owner of Fernie Alpine Resort) waiver form, a PDF copy of which can be viewed here: 2021.22 Release of Liability
Once you’ve paid your deposit you’ll receive a booking confirmation and invoice which will confirm your payment schedule. Next you’ll receive our Course Info Pack which will help you prepare for your course and covers everything you need to know including details on:
