Banff 11 Week Instructor Course: Why NONSTOP Rules the Roost

1. BRAND SPANKING NEW ACCOMMODATION
Irwin's Inn is in the centre of Banff. No other instructor training company has accommodation that is so close to the Banff's famous party atmosphere. Our hotel is no alpine hostel in the sticks - it's really homely, with a whole wing of the hotel to ourselves! Look forward to huge rooms with queen size beds, plush en-suites, free wifi, big TVs, hot tub, swimming pool and gym, and a bus stop right on the doorstep.
2. TRAINING AT ALL THREE RESORTS
Skiing and snowboarding wise, Banff is a world class destination with three different resorts; Lake Louise, Sunshine Village and Norquay. Each are awesome in their own way, with different terrain, snow conditions and weather patterns. At NONSTOP we are the only company that can train at all three resorts and provide a Ski Big 3 season pass. If you could only ski or ride at one of the three, you'd definitely feel limited to the snow and terrain on offer. Alberta often has very localised snow, so at any given week Sunshine Village could have 60cm+ powder and Lake Louise could have none, and vice versa. So we can ride wherever we think the conditions are best.

Emily is our course director in Banff. She took NONSTOP's 11 week instructor course five years ago and since then has lived in Banff working as an instructor and for the last three years our 11 week host. EP has the perfect attritubes for this role; super friendly and very approachable, a vast knowledge of the local area and a top notch snowboarder. 
She's a sponsored freestyle competitor and considered one of the UK's best female riders, no doubt you'll hit up the park with her when you're in Banff with us. Emily has done the course herself so she knows what it's like to be in your shoes. 4. FREESTYLE CAMP ADD ON
Turn 11 weeks of training into 13 weeks with our 2 week freestyle camp at the end of the course. We are offering a hugely discounted price to those on our 11 week programme, giving you more than 40 hours extra freestyle coaching with our specialist instructors in Banff's three world-class terrain parks. Taking this option will see that you end the season with an amazing bag of freestyle trickery.
5. CAREER PROSPECTS
Banff is a hugely popular place to work as an instructor and, consequently, notoriously difficult to get a job. We have a solid reputation here for providing great instructors and have some very valuable contacts. Many ex-NONSTOPers are now senior instructors in the snow schools at all three resorts, so having NONSTOP on your CV will help put your application on top of the pile.
