Fernie Improvement Camps - New Year's Eve at Nonstop Fernie

How do we celebrate New Year’s Eve at Nonstop? The best way ever! A day on the slopes of Fernie Alpine Resort, followed by a celebration with friends new and old; welcoming in the clean slate of 2016 with great food at Red Tree Lodge and the odd festive drink (or few) with a crowd of locals at The Pub.

The Life of a Nonstopper can be very busy; take New Year’s Eve 2015, for example...

We started our day very early, arriving at the hill before the sun for our First Trax experience.

Corduroy groomers and empty runs were our reward for our early rise!

After a day of ripping around on the hill it was time for a few après drinks followed by…

...A truly gourmet meal prepared by our rockstar team of in-house chefs. The baked brie with cranberry appetizer was sooo good!  (I barely managed a picture before it was gone!)

And after all that; early wake up for First Trax, skiing hard at the hill ‘til 2pm, après drinks, and a delicious meal, the Nonstop crew was still going strong when the clock struck twelve!
