Liability Waivers

Guests on most of our courses are required to sign a Waiver Form, officially called a "Release Of Liability, Waiver Of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement". This requirement is part of our Booking Conditions and a requirement of the resorts, ski schools and suppliers we work with, to deliver your course experience. It is an inherent part of the adventure sports industry (especially in North America) and there will be further forms to complete in resort if you intend to book certain optional activities.
