Booking Seasonal Accommodation

Once you've chosen which property is best suited for your season in Whistler, you'll just need to take a couple of steps to secure your place.

• Our winter accommodation is priced at $5,990 CAD per person based on twin share. Book early to secure your preferred house - we are typically fullly booked by August.
  
  
• Accommodation is available from 5 November until 25 April. No refunds for early departure.
  
  
• There are just five private rooms across the three properties, these are priced at $7,590
  
  
• A deposit of $1000 (CAD) is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due by 1st October.

• You must sign a lease aggreeing to all terms and will be asked to provide landlord or emplyment references prior to booking.
  
  
• On arrival a $500 cash security deposit is required. This is refunded when you check out provided there is no damage and the lodge is left clean; less the hydro fee (electricity) which is $50 per person per month, plus a $50 one off carpet cleaning fee

Why Book With Us

Getting your accommodation organised in Whistler can be an expensive and daunting task, especially if it's not organised before you get to resort. The simple fact is there simply isn't enough suitable seasonal accommodation to accommodate all the local workers and ski bums; every winter there is a borderline housing crisis and people have to travel to alternative resorts as they can't find a place to live. We are typically getting close to being fully booked by August every year.

We offer fair rates for seasonal accommodation; having a place to call home sorted before you arrive in resort sorts arguably the most stressful part of a season in Whistler.  This leaves you free to focus on finding a job or simply look forward to being a ski bum rather than stressing about where you'll be living.

We offer chilled out & comfortable places to call home; all of our properties are stirctly non-smoking and are not party houses. There is a zero tolerance approach to this. We cater for solo travellers & couples.
