Cervinia is Italy’s most snow-sure resort and boasts a long season that stretches from October to May, with its glacier skiable in the summer months as well. Known for its high-altitude slopes, silky snow and Matterhorn views, Cervinia mixes an authentic Italian atmosphere with varied skiing and snowboarding.
Located in the Valle d’Aosta, in the northwest region of Italy, Cervinia is connected to Zermatt in Switzerland. The collective ski area is colossal with more than 350km of slopes spread across a sea of jagged peaks.
The long, mellow runs and high-alpine views of Cervinia are hard to beat, including an 8km red run that descends 1,800m from the Plateau Rosa. The combination with Zermatt gives access to series of steeper and more challenging pitches, perfect for an extra dose of adrenaline.
The resort village is situated at 2,050m, based around a car-free cobblestoned main street. There’s a relaxed atmosphere in the town with a great selection of local bars and restaurants. Après and live music options are good without being overly rowdy, starting on the slope terraces by mid-afternoon.
Our coaches join this camp from Canada and France, tasked with bringing their skills and know-how to the Aosta Valley. Using the magnificent terrain of Cervinia and Zermatt, we’ll develop your technique as we get ski miles into your legs. The focus is on personal development, with technique tips to boost your balance, edging, timing, and speed in the fall line.
Each day is spent in small, sociable groups of up to six, matched by ability via a survey we use before you arrive. Coaching features drills and guided mileage, followed by video analysis in the evenings to reflect on the day’s progress. You’ll meet the group in the morning before a full day on the slopes, with a break for lunch to rest and refuel.
You'll receive five full days of coaching. This course is designed so you can start your season like a pro, work on the fundamentals of your ski technique and iron out any early season issues to set yourself up for a successful winter.
You'll stay in Hotel Mignon right in the centre of town.
You'll be treated to a continental breakfast each morning.
You'll be given a six day lift pass for the Cervinia and Zermatt ski area.
If you book our suggested flight or coordinate your travel around these timings then you can take advantage of our airport transfers.
Our team of instructors, and accommodation providers, will ensure your course runs smoothly and be on hand for a chat, laugh, or to solve any problems.

These things are not included in the package:
We can never 'guarantee' snow, however historically Cervinia has proved to have reliable snow conditions both during the early season and spring months, thanks to its high-altitude slopes, as well as its glacier access - which is skiable all year round.
Beyond this, our coaches are highly skilled at utilising the terrain they have open to them to accomplish the objectives - and we have the option to ski on the glacier if snow coverage within the resort is variable.

This is completely up to you! In previous years it's been about a 50:50 split between clients bringing their own gear and those who simply rent gear when they arrive. We have established a good relationship with a local ski shop who stock excellent gear and offer reasonable rates. We send clients up to date price lists prior to their departure so they can make an informed decision.
We look forward to speaking with you.
