Banff is Canada's freestyle mecca. With each of its three awesome resorts hosting a world-class park, there is a huge variety of features to develop each aspect of your freestyle snowboarding. Make major improvements to your grab, air, rotation, rail and all-mountain jibbing skills. Spring in the mountains is when everyone and everything slows down and you can enjoy chilling out in a sunny park. So late March is the ideal time to take a freestyle snowboarding course like this. It even means softer landings when you start stomping your new tricks!
Literally parks galore! There is almost endless freestyle terrain to be enjoyed in Banff. You'll have a lift pass for all three of the local resorts: Lake Louise, Sunshine Village and Norquay, each of which takes a great deal of pride in hosting an epic terrain park.
There is no doubt we all benefit from the resorts' competition with each other! It means there is a huge variety of kickers, rails, boxes, hips, spines and other kooky features, your list of tricks will just keep on growing.
With 20 hours of training packed into just one week, our specialist freestyle junky instructors will smash through your boundaries and let you see the park with a completely new level of confidence.
We will cater the training to your ability, so even if you've never even felt air underneath your snowboard, we'll soon get you started!
And if you are already gagging to perfect those 720s, our pros will see you stomping them in no time! You'll also have photos to show off back home, with our pro photographer joining you in the park.
Freestyle riding always seems to go alongside with epic-level partying. And you will definitely have an appetite for a party after spending every day in the park. Banff is hard to beat for a fun night out in Canada. It has a lively and welcoming vibe in the abundance of bars, clubs and restaurants, all of which contribute to its legendary status.
