Full Course Story 11 Weeks in Banff, Canada

This is a full-on snowboard season set in the beating heart of the Rockies. Over 11 weeks, you’ll ride three world-class resorts — Sunshine Village, Lake Louise, and Mount Norquay — while training with top-level coaches, building freeride skills, and working toward your CASI Level 1 and 2 qualifications. From deep snow and steep chutes to parks, trees and wide-open groomers, you’ll ride it all — and level up in every way.

Banff is the real deal. Living here puts you right in the middle of Canada’s most iconic mountain zone — national park views, epic terrain, and a town that knows how to keep the good times rolling. With coaching that rotates between resorts, you’ll follow the best conditions and build your riding across every type of terrain. It’s all about progression, confidence, and unlocking your full potential — whether your goal is to teach or simply ride harder, smoother, and with more flow.

Beyond the slopes, our MORE Program kicks the adventure up a notch. Think cat-boarding remote powder stashes, road trips to places like Revelstoke and Kicking Horse, night riding under the stars, and throttle-wide snowmobile missions. We’ll also throw in weekly socials, crew nights, and all the local flavour that makes Banff legendary.

If you’re ready to ride every day, earn globally recognised certifications, and build a snowboard season packed with unforgettable moments — Banff is your place.

Why Ride with Nonstop +

Resort

Banff is unique, home to a bouncing town and three varied ski areas – Lake Louise, Sunshine Village and Mount Norquay, collectively known as the Big 3. Between each, there’s powder, steeps, trees, open faces and parks, plus mega views everywhere you turn. Every week you’ll ride all three resorts, which we rotate between depending on the snow, weather, and kind of terrain we want to ski.

Coaching

This is where the progression happens. Your snowboard coaches blend instructor training with all-mountain development — so while we prep you to pass your CASI Level 1 and 2, we’re also pushing your freeride game, teaching mountain skills, and helping you ride with more style and confidence.
