Do I need a visa for Nonstop courses in Canada? +
Visa requirements depend your nationality and course.
For most Nonstop courses, travelers only need an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) when arriving by air. This is a pre-screening service, which you should secure before booking your flight. More details can be found at www.canada.ca/eta
For our instructor internships, you must have the right to work in Canada. For most people, this means obtaining a Working Holiday Visa. Check official government sources for eligibility and application details.

Visa requirements depend on your nationality, destination, and reason for travel. For most Nonstop courses, a standard tourist visa or equivalent (e.g., Canada’s eTA) is sufficient. The exception is our instructor internship in Fernie — if you’re joining that, you’ll need a Working Holiday Visa.
It’s important to check official government sources or contact your local embassy or consulate for the most up-to-date information before you travel. Make sure your passport and any required documents meet entry requirements for your destination. If you’re unsure, just ask us — we’re happy to help with guidance.
Can I extend my stay before or after the course? +
Absolutely — time in the mountains is never enough. You’re welcome to explore before or after your course, whether that’s skiing extra lines, soaking up the local town vibe, or checking out nearby spots. Just remember that any extra travel or accommodation outside your Nonstop course dates are your responsibility.
If you’d like to extend your trip, get in touch with us. We can point you in the right direction and give advice on the best ways to make the most of your extra days — both practically and economically.
When should I book my flights? +
Organise your flights after you’ve booked your course and we’ve confirmed your spot. It pays to book early — flight prices are usually better the sooner you lock them in.
If you plan to fly and want to use the inclusive Nonstop group transfer from/to the recommended airport on your course start and end dates, make sure your flights align with the set times listed on your Course Page.
Can I arrange my own transfers? +
Absolutely — you are welcome to organise your own transfers if it suits your plans. This will be at your own cost, and we ask that you let us know through our Travel Survey after booking, so we can note you won’t be on the group transfer.
Are transfers included? +
Most of our courses include a group transfer from/to the recommended meeting point on your start and end dates, at set times. Check your Course Page for full details and inclusions, and make sure your travel plans line up with the group transfer schedule.
